Clarification regardinig Interim relief

In these instructions govt. clarified that Interim Relief will be treated as pay/pension for all intents and purposes and amount of Interim relief will be absorbed in the pay/pension revision to be allowed by the state government on the recommendations of the 6th Punjab Pay Commission.

    Superannuated on July31, 2016. Availed two year extension. I get 119% DA in pension, should I get 132%? Interim relief has not been given in pension. Should I get interim relief?

    No you are not entitled to Interim Relief because it is given only to those employees who are in service on 1-1-2017.

    ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਜੋ ਕਿ 01-10-2017 ਤੋ extension ਤੇ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ interim relief ਮਿਲੇਗੀ letter ਦੇ according ਨਹੀ ਕਿਉਕਿ ਇਸ ਤੋ ਬਾਅਦ ਕੋਈ letter ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਨਹੀ ਆਈ ਪ੍ਰਤੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਜੋ extension ਤੇ ਹਨ interim relief ਲੈ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ
